Terms and Conditions for BecomePM Effective Date: 1st August 2025

Welcome to BecomePM (“Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of courses and access to learning materials. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our Website and services, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. These policies constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BecomePM.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration a. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and purchase courses on our Website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you’re of legal age to form a binding contract. b. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. c. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Course Purchase and Payments a. All prices for courses are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. b. Payments for courses are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. c. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information. You acknowledge that we’re not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect payment details provided by you. d. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time without prior notice. However, any changes won’t affect courses already purchased.
4. Arrangement with Edureka and Learning Management System (LMS) Access a. BecomePM has an arrangement with Edureka (Brain4ce Education Solutions P Ltd), an Authorized Training Partner of the Project Management Institute (PMI), to facilitate certain courses and learning experiences. b. Upon successful purchase of eligible courses, you’ll be granted access to the Edureka Learning Management System (LMS) to access course content, materials, and features. Your access to and use of the Edureka LMS will be subject to Edureka’s own terms and conditions of use and privacy policy, which you’ll be required to accept upon accessing their platform. c. While BecomePM facilitates your enrollment and payment for these courses, the delivery of the learning content, technical support related to the LMS, and management of your learning progress within the LMS are primarily governed by Edureka’s policies and infrastructure. d. Any issues or queries specifically related to the functionality, availability, or content within the Edureka LMS should be directed to Edureka’s support channels, as specified by Edureka.
5. Intellectual Property Rights a. All content on the Website, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BecomePM or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. b. You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only. c. You mustn’t copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as incidental to normal web Browse, for your own personal, non-commercial use. d. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. Note: For content accessed through the Edureka LMS, the intellectual property rights and usage terms are also governed by Edureka’s respective policies.
6. User Conduct a. You agree to use the Website and services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that doesn’t infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website. b. Prohibited activities include, but aren’t limited to: * Posting or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable content. * Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. * Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our server. * Using the Website to transmit any computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other harmful or disruptive components. * Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. * Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent. * Note: Your conduct within the Edureka LMS is also subject to Edureka’s terms of service and acceptable use policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the content provided. Please note that our disclaimers also extend to the use of the Edureka LMS, for which Edureka itself provides its own warranties and disclaimers.
8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall BecomePM, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we’ve been informed of the possibility of such damage. This limitation of liability applies to your use of our Website and the services we directly provide. Our liability for issues arising directly from the use of the Edureka LMS is limited to the extent permitted by Edureka’s own terms and conditions.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BecomePM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we’ll provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Termination We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. c. Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
