These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of courses and access to learning materials. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website and services, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. These policies constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BecomePM.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

a. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and purchase courses on our Website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you’re of legal age to form a binding contract.
b. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
c. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Course Purchase and Payments

a. All prices for courses are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
b. Payments for courses are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.
c. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information. You acknowledge that we’re not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect payment details provided by you.
d. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time without prior notice. However, any changes won’t affect courses already purchased.

4. Project Management Courses and Learning Management System (LMS) Access

a. All project management courses will be conducted under the auspices of BecomePM, an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
b. Upon successful purchase of eligible courses, you will be granted access to the BecomePM Learning Management System (LMS) or other platforms as designated by BecomePM for accessing course content, materials, and features.
c. The delivery of learning content, technical support related to the LMS, and management of your learning progress are governed by BecomePM’s policies and infrastructure.
d. Any issues or queries specifically related to the functionality, availability, or content within the BecomePM LMS should be directed to BecomePM’s support channels.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. All content on the Website, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BecomePM or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
c. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as incidental to normal web browsing, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
d. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. User Conduct

a. You agree to use the Website and services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that doesn’t infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website.
b. Prohibited activities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable content.
